I'll be the first to admit that I know nothing about some of the newer characters in the KanColle games. This was a random one that came to mind after doing some modifications to these two that included (in the words of Roy Mustang from the first Fullmetal Alchemist series) TINY MINISKIRTS!! It's also the first time I'm using a NormalMap-based version of GShader I downloaded from an MMDer on Twitter recently. I'll post a link to it later.
